Low cost carrier Ryanair will open two new flight connections between the North of England and Salzburg in December, resulting in additional benefits for incoming tourism in the Salzburg region.

The two new flights will operate from Liverpool and Nottingham East Midlands Airport. Flights from Liverpool will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays starting December 19th . The Boeing 737-800 Jets seating 189 passengers will arrive salzburg 15:15 local time and depart 25 minutes later, arriving Liverpool 17:00.

The Nottingham operations will commence one day earlier, on December 18th, and will operate four times weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Flights will depart in the early morning and arrive Salzburg at 09:20, giving passengers ideal onward travel connections to their Alpine resort destinations. After a 25 minutes turnaround, the aircraft will depart for East Midlands with a scheduled time of arrival at 10:55.
