TUI discount airline HLX will be upgrading the position of the Leipzig Halle Airport this winter. HLX will be adding new services to the existing route to Stuttgart, including flights to Salzburg as from 15 December.

The fifth HLX destination out of Salzburg will be the Saxon trade fair city of Leipzig, which will be serviced by three weekly flights (Wed, Fri, Sun) on a Fokker 100.
