Reduced Parking Fee for Package Holidays

"Package Holiday" is defined (EU Package Travel Directive 90/314/EEC), as a pre-arranged combination of services at an inclusive price and only applies where at least two of these elements are sold or offered for sale at an inclusive price and when the service covers a period of more than twenty-four hours or includes over-night accommodation. Services include:

a) transport
b) accommodation
c) and/or other tourist services not ancillary to transport or accommodation and accounting for a significant proportion of the package.

The package holiday must be booked through an "organiser" (tour operator) who does not only organise package holidays occassionally and offers them for sale directly or via an agent or a retailer.

The booking of individual services is not valid as a tour organiser’s package holiday (e.g. flight or hotel)

The booking of individual services (e.g. flight and hotel) is not valid as a package holiday even if they have been booked together.

If you do not have any valid package holiday documents the voucher will be invalid and the current normal tariff on location will be charged. The documentation is to be presented on demand to the Carport Park Management GmbH.
