You no longer need to remember to collect or pack your ticket when flying. In fact, you no longer need to remember your ticket at all!

Since 1 June 2008, you will fly throughout the Austrian route network paper-free by using etix® - the electronic ticket. Of course, you can also travel comfortably and paper-free with etix® on all routes of the Star Alliance partners and on numerous routes of other partners.

Flying with etix® is not just comfortable and timesaving, by the way; it will also help you cut down your processing costs.

Express – book with etix®:
You can book your etix® up to two hours before departure, where this is still possible at your desired fare.

The simple, comfortable way to travel with etix®:
1. Book the flight online, by telephone or at your travel agency.
2. Provide your Miles & More card number, a credit card number or your Official Picture ID for the purpose of identification.
3. Your booking will be electronically saved.

Save time at check-in:
1. Provide your identification number – either at the counter, in the Quick Check-In Machine or online from home. For bookings with Official Picture ID please proceed to the counter for check-in.
2. Take receipt of your boarding card.

Please carry the Miles & More card or credit card you have used with you at all times. Spot checks of your photographic identity card may also be used to confirm your identity. As a confirmation of all the flight details, you will be provided with a passenger voucher either by post or at check-in. This voucher can be used as an invoice, and you should keep it on you at all times during your journey.
